Once there were two brothers named Joey and Missy. While Missy was younger, Joey who was older had a carefree nature, something which used to bother Missy. On a Christmas eve, the two of them were busy hanging their stockings by the fireplace when Missy shrieked. He remembered that he forgot something, but could not remember what it was ! Then he suddenly remembered , it was the cookies that he did not keep for Santa Claus. Joey laughed at him. Seeing Joey not so serious about the cookies, Missy called for his mother who was working in the kitchen. Missy told her about the missing snacks for Santa. Actually Missy wanted a racing car, which he thought he wont get unless Santa gets some real good cookies.
Missy 's mother was terrified by what Missy told her. She could not believe that the family had forgotten to get snacks for Santa Claus! She then instructed the children to move to the kitchen and get cookies from the cookie jar. However to their surprise there were no cookies left in the jar ! Their mother was astonished as she had baked a fresh batch of cookies in the afternoon itself. Suddenly the children noticed their father with a plate full of Christmas cookies and an empty glass. All of them understood who had stolen the Christmas cookies ! Their father could read their faces and how much they cared for those cookies. So he gladly gave away the cookies that were then placed by Joey and Missy neatly on the table beside a glass of milk. Both had their dinner and went to bed to dream of Santa Claus, sugar plums and those delicious cookies!
