Racum Almost Missed Christmas is the story of a little raccoon, named Racum.. Racum loved to play a lot with his friends. Chocolate cakes and Chocolate chips were his favorite food. He liked to receive and gift away presents to all, especially to his parents. On one cold Christmas eve, Racum went to gather some firewood in the Big Dark Forest for his mother. Since Racum's father was busy at the steel factory so Racum had to go search for the firewoods. While gathering firewood, he accidentally knocked down a pot of honey that belonged to the Bear family. The honey was the food of the Bear family before the onset of their hibernation , which was their long winter sleep. After spilling the honey Racum was scared. Since he did not want to get into any kind of trouble, he cleaned the whole pot! He had all the honey that was there in the pot. After having all that honey,
he felt drowsy. There was a little hole in the ground in which he curled up and became fast asleep.
The Racum Almost Missed Christmas story advances, with Racum not returning home that night. His parents became very worried. They along with the help of some other friends searched every nook and corner of the forest except the place where Racum had found shelter and was fast asleep. They even requested the Sly fox to look into the matter, who could not do enough to help them. The parents were worried and helpless about poor little Racum who was unaware of all the happenings.
Then a miracle happened. When Santa Claus found Racum missing he sought to find him with the help of his big old heavy sleigh bells. The sound of the bells were loud enough to disturb a Bear's sleep. So Santa found out Racum and little Racum came back to his parents with the firewood bundle. It was a happy reunion of the family and the best Christmas ever for the family.
