Christmas in Heaven is a wonderful poem pain staikingly written by a sad father. The mother had given birth to a daughter struck with cerebral palsy. She survived for thirteen long years with that in spite of the ail meant. In these years the daughter touched the parents' life in ways only God can manage. However, during the Christmas of 1997, the daughter was struck with a vehement seizure that cost her, her life. Initially she was put on life support inside an Intensive Care Unit in a hospital but soon the doctors gave in. unfortunately the daughter passed at a time when the whole world was in a festive mood celebrating the birth of the lord.

Christmas in Heaven, has been written in the memory of a dead daughter, who lost her life during Christmas. The father writes the poem on behalf of his daughter. As the daughter celebrates a special Christmas in Heaven with Christ she urges her parents to wipe away their tears. No Christmas Carol of the earth is good enough to match up to the standard of the melodious tune being played up in the heaven. The girl realizes the pain of the parents on losing her but she also asks them to retain their calm. She is happy to have a Christmas in Heaven. At heaven she can not only see Christ face to face but she can also walk with Him at heaven. Her message to her parents remains one of love and peace. She promise to request Christ to lift up the spirit of the earthly beings. But the earthly beings should also pray for the well being of each other as they close their eyes to the heaven above. A heart wrenching poem, Christmas in Heaven asks us to retain the mental courage and fortitude even in the toughest of all times.
